Site Shop and Reception

Our Shop & Reception sits at the heart of Blackberry Wood and is often one of the first
places guests visit when they arrive. It's where you'll check in, collect information about the
site, pick up keys for your accommodation and find plenty of friendly faces ready to help you
make the most of your stay.

The shop is stocked with many of the essentials you might need during your visit, including
logs, kindling, charcoal, toiletries, snacks, drinks and a selection of useful camping supplies.
We also stock a range of local treats, including craft beers, locally produced gin, wines and
other refreshments. If you've forgotten something, need a torch for a late-night woodland
adventure or simply fancy an ice cream, there's a good chance you'll find exactly what you're
looking for here.

For younger guests, the shop is packed with fun treasures and keepsakes inspired by
Blackberry Wood. From cuddly guinea pigs and woodland-themed goodies to our popular
Blackberry Wood gift bags, there are plenty of souvenirs to take home and remember your
adventure.

You'll also find information about our Fairy Door Trail, Duck Spotting Trail and
seasonal activities, helping children discover even more woodland magic during their stay.
Reception is staffed by our wonderful campsite crew and wardens, who live on site and are
always happy to help. Whether you need recommendations for local walks, assistance with
your accommodation, information about facilities or simply have a question about the site,
you'll usually find a duty warden available during opening hours.

When the shop is closed, don't worry we're never far away. You'll find a walkie-talkie
hanging outside Reception which can be used to contact a member of the team if you need
assistance. Contact details for the duty wardens are also displayed should you need to get in
touch outside of opening hours. Our wardens live on site and are available throughout the
day, helping to ensure your stay is as enjoyable, comfortable and stress-free as possible.
