A Few Woodland Rules
Blackberry Wood is a peaceful, family-friendly woodland retreat, and we'd love to keep it
that way for everyone who visits.
Our resident owls begin their evening shift just as many of our guests are settling down
around the campfire, so we operate a no music policy throughout the site. We kindly ask that
noise is kept to a minimum after 11:00pm, allowing everyone to enjoy the peace, tranquillity
and sounds of the woodland.
Campfires are very much part of the Blackberry Wood experience and are permitted at
pitches and accommodation with designated fire pits. Logs, kindling and fire-starting
essentials are available from our on-site shop.
Please don't collect or burn wood from the
woodland itself, as fallen timber provides valuable habitats for insects, wildlife and countless
tiny creatures who call Blackberry Wood home.
If we all do our bit, the woodland remains magical for everyone who visits.
Booking your Blackberry Wood adventure couldn't be easier. Simply browse our
accommodation and camping options, select your favourite place to stay, and use the booking calendar to check availability and make your reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Should your plans change, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a 75% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Security Deposits
To help us keep Blackberry Wood looking its best, we request a refundable security deposit
before arrival.
Glamping accommodation and Treehouses: £100
Camping pitches: £25
Provided everything is left in good order, deposits will be returned within 7 days of
departure following a routine inspection.

One-Night Stays
One-night stays in our glamping accommodation and Treehouses occasionally become available throughout the year.
