Sorry, we don’t hire out the whole site due to noise restrictions.

Sorry No – We cannot accept touring Caravans, Campervans or Trailer tents, due to license restrictions.

Tents bigger than 5m x 3m are unsuitable for most small glades. Inform us when booking, but space cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at ALL times. No Dogs in any of our units, only in your own tent. Inform us when you arrive if you have a Dog.

Sorry – Radios and music are NOT permitted so everyone can enjoy the peace. All noise should be kept to an absolute minimum after 11pm.

We allow maximum 3 tents in a group. Blackberry Wood is not suitable for large groups as it is such a small, intimate campsite.

Camp fires are allowed but take care and only use the Fire pits/BBQ provided. Logs/BBQ coals are available. Do not break off tree branches.

Glades can be requested using the “Special Requirements” box when booking, but for space allocation reasons Glades are not guaranteed.

Click on the “Stay” menu to check our up-to-the-minute availability and book securely online with a credit/debit card. Cancellation policy: If cancelling more than 30 days before your check in date, 90% of your payment will be refunded, if less than 30 days -sorry no refunds.

Parking, toilets, showers, washing-up facilities and WiFi! Our on-site shop sells essentials including sausages, burgers, ice-cream, locally produced beer and wine, logs and BBQ coal.

Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm for all our units and between 2 pm and 8 pm for camping on your arrival day and check-out is by 12pm for campers or 11 am for all other accommodation. Reception is closed between 11 am and 2pm. If you have not arrived by 8pm and not informed us (either by leaving a phone message or emailing us) of your late arrival, we reserve the right to release your pitch/unit to other keen campers

We do allow day visitors but due to restricted parking and the small size of site we need to be informed beforehand and there will be a charge of £5 per car, £3 per adult and £2 per child. All day visitors must sign in at reception on arrival.
